What's a Snarklet?

Not all snark comes with full-bodied flavor. Sometimes snark is light, or perhaps the word is "lite." A snarklet is simply something in between a tweet and a full blog entry. It's what you'd probably find on Twitter if it weren't an homage to SMS; if it were an homage to IRC as it should have been.
